We actively support start-ups in Burlington through providing access to data and resources that new companies are looking for.

In June 2017, we also opened the doors to TechPlace, an 8,600 square foot innovation hub dedicated to supporting new and growing technology companies in Burlington and across the Region. The strategy behind TechPlace is directly in line with the City of Burlington’s new 25 year Strategic Plan (released April 2016) which positions Burlington as ‘A City that Grows’.  Through providing much needed access to space, programming, mentorship, networking and resources, TechPlace aims to help strengthen the connectivity, visibility, and vibrancy of innovation and entrepreneurship in Burlington.
